This AI Use & Risk Disclosure (“Disclosure”) explains how PromptForge™ incorporates artificial intelligence technologies, the potential risks of using AI-generated content, and the responsibilities of users when interacting with AI tools on our platform.

3.4 Sensitive & High-Risk Use Cases

AI Outputs are not suitable for:

Automated decision-making in life-threatening or high-stakes environments (e.g., emergency response, weapon control).

3.5 Privacy & Data Handling

Prompts you submit to AI models may be processed by third-party providers in accordance with their privacy policies.
Do not include personal, confidential, or sensitive information in prompts unless you understand and accept the risks.

By using AI tools on PromptForge™, you agree to:

Review and verify AI Outputs before relying on them.
Use AI-generated content in compliance with all applicable laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

The Company is not liable for damages resulting from the use or misuse of AI Outputs.
All AI-generated content is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, as stated in our Terms of Service.
