i49 Group, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates PromptForge™ and associated services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our website, applications, AI tools, marketplace, and related services (collectively, the “Service”).

This Privacy Policy works together with our Terms of Service — using consistent definitions and rules. By using the Service, you agree to both. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Visitors and users of our website, applications, and Service
Account holders and customers
Marketplace contributors and collaborators
Vendors, business partners, and contractors

Purchase a subscription or credits
Submit prompts to the marketplace
Contact customer support
Register for events or webinars
Subscribe to our communications

Content you submit (prompts, templates, marketplace listings)

When you use the Service, we may automatically collect:

3. Special Notes for AI Model Usage

When you interact with AI models through PromptForge™:

Prompt templates and context templates you save are stored by us as part of your account.
Live AI inputs/outputs are not retained by us unless you explicitly save them.
Some AI requests are processed by third-party AI model providers (e.g., OpenRouter), and their policies may apply.

4. How We Use Your Information

We use personal information to:

Operate and maintain the Service
Provide subscriptions, credits, and billing
Customize and improve your user experience
Communicate with you about the Service
Facilitate prompt marketplace sharing
Enforce our Terms of Service and prevent abuse
Comply with legal and regulatory requirements

If you opt-in, we may use anonymized and aggregated content to:

Improve Service performance
Develop new features
Train algorithms and models

5. Sharing Your Information

We may share your information with:

Vendors and service providers (payment processors, hosting, analytics, customer support tools) — bound by contract to use it only as needed to provide their services
AI model providers when you request AI processing

We do not sell your personal information.

6. Data Storage & Retention

We store account and prompt template data as long as you maintain an account.
We store transactional records for compliance purposes.
Marketplace submissions may remain available even if you close your account, under their applicable license.
You can request deletion of your personal data (see Section 9).

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

Maintain sessions and authentication
Store preferences
Analyze Service usage
Improve performance
